Cancellation Policy applies as
follows:-
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeit FULL
deposit/pre-payment.
7 - 14 days forfeit 75% of deposit/pre-payment
14 - 21 days forfeit 50% of deposit/pre-payment
21 - 28 days forfeit 25% of deposit/pre-payment
A 25% administration fee will be charged on ALL cancelled Bookings If a
portion of the booking is cancelled after arrival, a cancellation fee of 100%
of the cancelled portion will be levied. (in certain circumstances when /if
the rooms are re-let then that 100% will be treated on a pro-rata basis).
Checking in:
From 12 noon ... Please do let us know if arriving after 16h00 hours as in
the busy period the room will sadly have to be re-let if a late arrival is
not advised.
Checking Out:
10h00 please ...
Children under 12 by prior arrangement. Guests will be held liable for any
breakages or damage whilst on the
premises.
Management and Staff and any other person associated with Paradise Heads will
not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury or illness incurred or
suffered by any Guest or any other person whilst on the premises or property.
This includes any Guest attempting to do his own maintenance in the Guest
Rooms or in any Reception or Dining area. A member of Staff must
be alerted to any Electrical or plumbing faults, and it is their duty to act
accordingly.
